Billing & pricing

Billing belongs to your workspace, not your personal account. One subscription covers the workspace across Redomon products. Redomon CRM and Redomon Product Analytics belong to the same suite. Seats, included usage, and configured limits belong to the workspace, not separate product subscriptions. Usage is one shared pool across both products, not a duplicated allowance for each.

Open Billing in the Hub. Only workspace Admin and Billing roles can view and manage billing.

Monthly prices are in US dollars.

PlanSeat pricingMinimum monthly priceIncluded AI actionsIncluded emailsIncluded storage
StarterFree, up to 2 seats$050100Not specified
Team$6 per seat, minimum 3 seats$185002,00010 GB
Agency$9 base + $5 per seat, minimum 8 seats$492,00010,00050 GB

Included usage is per workspace, not per seat. Usage allowances are monthly. Paid-plan credits do not roll over. Adding seats does not multiply the included AI actions or emails.

These figures describe plan allowances, not enabled tools. CRM currently provides account and workspace access only. Product Analytics is prelaunch. AI actions, email sending, and file storage are not available in the current products.

Starter is configured for a maximum of 500 contacts, with an atomic server-side hard stop on single and bulk contact writes. Product access must be explicitly enabled before those endpoints are available; the contacts interface has not shipped. Starter storage remains unspecified.

Starter AI actions and emails have fixed limits of 50 and 100 per UTC calendar month, with no overage billing. Server-side reservations reject requests beyond those limits. These limits do not make AI or email tools available. Team and Agency use their paid subscription billing periods.

A seat is workspace capacity for one member. Every member counts, including admins and billing contacts. Pending invitations also reserve seats.

Paid-seat quantities are total seats, not seats added on top of a free allowance. Starter’s two free seats do not carry over as extra capacity on a paid plan.

The Hub shows active members, pending invitations, and total capacity. For a paid plan, use the Total seats control in Billing to change your purchased capacity.

You cannot reduce the total below your plan minimum or below the number of members plus pending invitations. Remove unused members or revoke pending invitations in Members before reducing capacity.

For example, three total Team seats cost $18 per month. Eight total Agency seats cost $49 per month. Agency’s checkout may show a graduated price of $14 for the first seat and $5 for each remaining seat; this is the same as a $9 base plus $5 for every seat.

The configured rates below apply to Team and Agency usage beyond applicable included credits. They are separate from the seat subscription. Starter does not incur overage charges.

UsageHow it is measuredConfigured rate
AI actionsNumber of recorded actions$0.02 per action
Emails sentTotal number of emails recorded$0.50 per 1,000 emails
StorageHighest recorded storage amount in GB during the month$0.10 per GB per month

AI usage counts actions. Email usage adds the recorded email counts, rather than charging once for each batch. Storage uses the peak recorded GB value, not the sum of repeated snapshots.

The Billing page shows recorded usage for the current billing period and the applicable allowances. Team includes 10 GB and Agency includes 50 GB of storage credits per workspace. Starter has no specified storage allowance. Storage billing uses the highest recorded GB value in the month.

  1. Select the correct workspace in the Hub.
  2. Open Billing.
  3. On Starter, choose Choose Team or Choose Agency and complete the checkout.
  4. If the workspace already has a paid subscription, use Manage billing or Manage plan in billing portal to open the billing portal.

Review the total price, seat quantity, and any taxes before confirming. The paid-plan checkout uses at least the plan minimum or your reserved seats, whichever is higher.

Open Billing, then Manage billing. Use the cancellation option in the billing portal and review the confirmation there.

After a cancellation is scheduled, the Hub shows whether the subscription ends at the current period’s end and the relevant date. Check that status instead of assuming a cancellation succeeded.
